About me
Where science meets the wisdom of the bodyFounder, B Yoga Therapy
I spent more than two decades as a licensed occupational therapist watching people fight their own bodies and minds — exhausted, isolated, and searching for answers that conventional medicine could not always provide. I became a certified yoga teacher not to add a credential, but because I witnessed the transformations that breathwork, meditations, mindfullness techniques, and somatic awareness created for myself during management of my own chronic illness
B Yoga Therapy was born from that intersection. Every session draws from polyvagal science, therapeutic yoga, somatic bodywork, and occupational therapy — woven into a whole-person approach designed specifically for the complexity of chronic illness.
